Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and tracking information is provided for every delivery to ensure a smooth and reliable experience. All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

 

Pre-Order Items – Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) become available.

If you'd prefer to have the in-stock items sent first and the pre-order item(s) shipped later, there will be an extra shipping charge. This is because it will be treated as two separate shipments.

To receive your in-stock items earlier, you're welcome to either place a separate order for them or get in touch with us, once we confirm, we'll send you an invoice for the additional shipping before dispatching the available items.

 

UK

We use Royal Mail almost always for UK deliveries, and offer two services. 48 hour tracked and 24 hour tracked. For orders over £50 shipping within the UK is free. All orders come with a tracking number. Sometimes we may use a different shipping provider.

 

Europe

We've temporarily paused deliveries to Europe and NI due to the new GPSR regulations. We hope to resume as soon as possible.

 

Rest of world

All international orders are tracked and usually take between 1-2 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch. However, some cases it can be delayed due to your country's customs policy and/or local delivery services. Price and time can vary depending on country so please enter your shipping details in checkout to have a more accurate answer.
